TEKNOFEST: Turkey’s Youth Promoting Peace Through Technology – AK Party Spokesperson Çelik
AK Party Deputy Chairman and Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik stated, “At TEKNOFEST, Turkey’s youth are demonstrating a strong will for goodness, justice, peace, and preserving humanity against those who use technology to kill and destroy civilization.”
Ömer Çelik attended the Aviation, Space and Technology Festival (TEKNOFEST) held at Adana Airport, organized by the Turkey Technology Team Foundation and the Ministry of Industry and Technology, with Anadolu Agency (AA) as the global communication partner.
During his visit, Çelik toured the booths and interacted with participants, even getting into the cockpit of HÜRKUŞ. He commended the AA staff for their contributions to the festival.
Speaking about the enthusiastic atmosphere at TEKNOFEST, Çelik emphasized, “I have been closely following the numbers since day one. It is breaking records. When I saw the enthusiasm of our young friends showcasing their innovations and speaking to the world, I described TEKNOFEST as a ‘confidence revolution.’ Our youth are eager to make their mark on the future.”
Addressing Israel’s ongoing attacks in Palestine, Çelik condemned the genocide, saying, “Israel’s genocide will mark its first anniversary tomorrow. Anadolu Agency has made great sacrifices to bring the truth to light. Our Anadolu Agency, TRT, and other colleagues risked their lives to expose these genocidal killers.”
Çelik continued, “In this context, it is evident that TEKNOFEST stands against those who use technology to kill and massacre people. Turkey’s youth at TEKNOFEST are demonstrating a will for goodness, justice, peace, and preserving humanity to the world.”
TEKNOFEST as a Platform for Peace and Innovation
Çelik highlighted that TEKNOFEST serves as a platform for various sectors, with record-breaking daily attendance exceeding 300,000. He noted that the messages conveyed at the festival demonstrate Turkey’s commitment to peace, justice, kindness, and the will to shape the future. The confidence revolution seen at TEKNOFEST becomes a signature of Turkey’s future.
Referring to AA’s “Reporter Drone” developed with indigenous resources, Çelik mentioned, “Using drones to convey the truth and wearing helmets to fight against killers in war zones, Anadolu Agency and TRT do not give up the fight. They amplify this voice for humanity. The work of Anadolu Agency has become ‘proof,’ presented to the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court by our President. This entire scenario once again shows that Turkey, through TEKNOFEST, forms the backbone of the human front.”
Empowering Youth for a Better Tomorrow
In conclusion, Çelik emphasized the importance of empowering youth to shape a better future through technology, innovation, and a strong commitment to peace and humanity. He praised the efforts of the young participants at TEKNOFEST for their dedication to showcasing their talents and making a positive impact on society.
TEKNOFEST not only serves as a platform for technological advancements but also as a symbol of Turkey’s determination to promote peace, justice, and human values on a global scale. The event highlights the potential of the youth in driving positive change and shaping a brighter future for generations to come.
