As a result, Kaboğlu and members of the board were summoned for questioning, and a request was made to the Ministry of Justice for permission to prosecute them. Additionally, a lawsuit was filed with the Istanbul Civil Court of First Instance requesting the removal of Kaboğlu and board members from their positions and the election of new ones.
