The experts who looked into the case prepared a 189-page report, blaming those who opened the parking gate for causing the fire to spread. They said something like, “Instead of trying to assist and help, the staff forcefully opened the main entrance gate of the parking lot to get their cars out. They didn’t just crack the door open to escape themselves; they fully opened it to get their cars out. This allowed cold air from outside and more concentrated burning gases from inside to move into the fire area, ensuring a continuous oxygen supply.”
