In Ankara, the Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS) for high school graduates commenced. A woman who refused to part with her gold necklace and a male candidate who attempted to show his exam admission ticket on his phone were not allowed to enter the exam hall.
Aspiring candidates aiming to secure positions in public institutions in Ankara arrived at the exam centers early in the morning to participate in the KPSS high school session organized by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). Disabled candidates deemed eligible for additional time could utilize an extra 30 minutes in this exam. Moreover, a total of 1,864,867 candidates applied for the exam, with 900,148 being female and 964,719 being male, across 81 provinces and Lefkoşa.
