Çarşıbaşı Municipality to Auction Off 2 Properties

The Çarşıbaşı Municipality has announced that two properties owned by the municipality will be put up for sale through an open bid (increase) method as per the 2886 State Tender Law, Article 45. The properties in question are located in Kavaklı Mahallesi, with registration numbers 115 parcel 3, and Kerem Mahallesi, with registration numbers 383 parcel 19.

Requirements for Participation

Interested parties must fulfill certain requirements to participate in the auction:

a. Document showing work or legal residence address
b. Temporary guarantee receipt or voucher
c. Petition related to the auction
ç. Copy of ID card
d. For those participating as a representative, a notarized power of attorney sample and notarized signature circular sample must be provided to the commission.

– For legal entities:
a. Documents listed in (a), (b), (c), (ç), (d) for individuals
b. Notarized signature circular and authorization documents for those representing the company
c. Chamber registration document obtained from the relevant chamber within the year 2025
d. Trade and commercial gazette specifying the names of company partners.

Interested bidders must be present in the auction hall with the required documents at the specified date and time of the auction. Applications via telegram or fax, as well as delays caused by the post, will not be accepted.
